We accept most Commercial Insurance plans such as Anthem, Humana, Aetna, United Health, Cigna and many more. We also accept Tricare, Medicare and most Medicare replacement plans. If your plan is an HMO, we suggest calling the office before scheduling online.

We are currently NOT accepting any new Medicaid insured patients.
We continue to see established Passport, Humana, Aetna and Wellcare Medicaid patients but are not accepting new patients with those plans at this time.

Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of your medications including any prescriptions or over the counter products you have used to treat your skin problem. Save time by completing your paperwork online and bringing it to your appointment.
